The educational training program offered through the interdisciplinary nature of the opportunity for participants to hone their critical and analytical skills and equips them with the fundamental and unchanged requirements in the art of communication. The training program is divided into three thematic sections:

Each Topic has a set, initially number of fast-track seminar courses, some targeting specific categories of beneficiary groups and others to all stakeholders. The beneficiaries participants, depending on their interests, choose seminars that can be derived from 3 Topics, which are at couples, constitute a teaching certification section. Below the Topics on which the training program is structured are been described. It should be noted that monitoring the seminar course is compulsory for those who choose them. The intensive seminars can have a different start date. The subjects, however, almost all start on the same dates.

The Topic Journalism and Media aims to train beneficiaries in demographic practice and theoretical deepening subjects on the state of the communication field in modern times, as new methodological tools journalistic analysis based on social sciences.

The Topic Culture and Communication aims to train beneficiaries in culture, tourism and human relations. This Section is studies in depth the art of communication (from interpersonal communication to the emotional lives of groups and conflicts) and art as communication (modern and older art movements, audiovisual and performing arts). The direction combines deep theoretical knowledge in psychology, human communication, art history, theory and practice of culture with specialized training in the management of both human resources to groups and organizations as well as cultural products produced by people and called to remain as a legacy.

The Topic Applied Communication aims to train beneficiaries in questions of public opinion, the effects of advertising, public relations and marketing as well as the communication strategy, as the international image of the country. Equally important is the training of beneficiaries in the digital environment, since for the new communication conditions, the beneficiaries of the training program should be equipped with knowledge of the use of digital media as display messages and promotional tools.

The seminars, based on three general sections are allocated in Teaching Certification Modules (modules) in order to serve better the needs of beneficiaries and to respond to the fast-paced nature of lifelong learning. So we set up a list consisting of 50 Teaching Certification Modules which are offered by the University of Athens and the Aristotele University of Thessaloniki. The Teaching Certification Modules are offered in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras and Chania. In each of these cities, the number and the offer may vary, but they all are derived from the common general list.

Also, in some Modules there may be differences in the content of the seminar courses or even the title of one of the two seminars which is one Module, as they are offered by two different institutions with different executive faculty. It has, however, try to slight deviations.

In any case the general list of modules are common. Each institution certainly has the discretionary ability to offer every time a certain number of modules, although this will be linked to the demand of stakeholders. And the case of Chania and Patra applies the same philosophy of the program. Depending on the possibilities and demand for seminars there will be offered Teaching Certification Modules, in any case, which will come from the general list.

The beneficiaries can choose Teaching Certification Modules depending on their interests.

Each Teaching Certification Section chosen by the beneficiary has specific seminars. Thus, upon completion, the beneficiary has studied the required cycle seminar courses in this module, which is required and certify the training.

It is not prohibited in the recipient to train in other Teaching Certification Modules with their respective titles.

If some seminars coincide, the beneficiary shall inform faculty and exempt from these seminars.

This method of choice is proposed in order to give incentive to the beneficiaries to benefit not only according to the needs and interests, but also be certified with this specialization / training.

In this down to an important role of supervising of the program to guide the beneficiaries for the most possible training.

Depending on the content of the seminar course and goals of the training program, the accelerated courses have a duration between 15 and 24 hours, depending on the target group or the laboratory of nature, and the available jobs in computers.
